The publication of Skegness on the Internet was created on 13th May 1998 from an idea originated by Malcolm Bailey, realising an urgent need to publicise to a global market, the exciting British coastal holiday resorts of Skegness, Ingoldmells and Chapel St. Leonards. The first pages were published by Malc. Bailey, Tina Bailey, Colin Krebs and Sue Harrison, supported by a small group of local hoteliers.
